Tomislav is Senior Consultant FWP Advisory at SoftwareONE Deutschland GmbH.

With .NET (C#) experience since 2003 and SharePoint since 2010/2011, he takes care of classic and modern Power Platform development as well as consulting and support for customers in the areas of SharePoint / Teams / Stream, Office 365 and Microsoft Azure within the scope of diverse projects.

In addition to attending community events and conferences on Microsoft-related topics, he is a speaker and co-founder (organizer, moderator, speaker) of the “Microsoft Cloud and Collaboration Community Hannover (MSCCCH)”, the “Power Platform User Group Hannover” and the “C#/.NET Meetup Hannover (dotnethaj)”.

Lone is Lead Consultant, Finance at Daxiomatic part of Fellowmind in Denmark.

Stefan Riedel [MVP]

Stefan is an independent IT consultant with 15 years of experience in SharePoint technologies. With the birth of Power Apps and Power Automate, he became a #poweraddict trying to use this technology to solve almost any problem.

Because the world is boring without communities, he and his Office 365 twin @tkarafilov founded the MS Cloud & Collaboration Community Hannover (#MSCCCH) and the Power Platform User Group Hannover.

Recently, he has spoken at several user groups and conferences about Power Apps and Power Automate.

In 2019, he was named a Microsoft MVP for Business Applications.

Jörgen Schladot

Jörgen is a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Solution Architect at Avanade.

For the past 10 years, he has been intensively involved with CRM systems and the associated business processes in various industries.

The integrative use of Microsoft Dynamics CE applications and the Power Platform has become the focus of attention in recent years.

Since 2020, he has also been a speaker at various community events and, together with Ludwig, founded Dynamics 365 Meetup Germany in October 2020.

Michael Plettner [MVP]

Michael is co-founder and managing director of in2success GmbH, a consulting company that combines the technology from Microsoft UC (Microsoft Teams) with user adoption, change and project management. Thus, projects can be considered not only technically, but comprehensively.  

For more than 20 years he has been working for medium-sized and large customers as well as in international projects.

He shares the experience he gained there with the community as organizer of the Microsoft Teams User Group Germany and co-founder of the Adoption and Change Forum.

He also creates a (video) podcast “Talk Microsoft 365” with Thorsten Pickhan [MVP], which deals with the news from the Microsoft 365 world and its influence on daily work.

Michael can also be found speaking at many regional and international conferences on the topic of Microsoft Teams and User Adoption. Since 2021 he has been awarded as Microsoft MVP for “Office Apps and Services” with focus on Teams for this community work.

Jan Timphaus

Jan is part of the D-A-CH Black Belt team at HSO as a Business Applications Evangelist.

After completing his training as an industrial specialist, he gained several years of experience as an end user and key user in a manufacturing company. He has now been working in the Microsoft Business Applications environment in various roles for over 10 years.

Additionally, he is involved in the user community as a member of the Leader Board of Power Platform Munich.

Philipp Lenz [MVP]

Philipp works as a Principal Consultant in Business Intelligence in Koblenz, Germany. With the advent of Power Pivot for Excel and SQL Server Reporting Services, he discovered his passion for Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies over 14 years ago.

Since mid-2016, he has been a founding member of the Power BI Usergroup in Cologne, Germany and Chapter Leader of SQL PASS Mittelrhein, Germany. In 2019, he also founded the Power Apps and Power Automate Usergroup and was awarded Data Platform MVP in late 2019 and FTRSA since 2021.
